Capacity is restricted, kindly refrain from bringing minors not receiving services, and avoid accompanying additional individuals who are not receiving services, as space is limited to accommodate others working within the facility.

For children receiving services: if the child cannot sit by themselves, they will not be able to receive services. Also please remain in the waiting area while children are being serviced.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

We do not work on dirty skin, nails or eyelashes that are covered in cosmetics or have noticeable abrasions or open wounds.

We do not perform services on scalps filled with lice or anything contagious.

Anyone noticeably sick will not be serviced. If you have a cough due to allergies, we ask that you would kindly receive services in a mask.

All services require a deposit (the deposit goes toward the overall service). You are guaranteed the appointment you pay a deposit for with a licensed professional.

For hair extensions clients only- consultation must be done prior to the service and you must provide your own hair human hair.

For Eyelash Extensions: We do not work on short, curly eyelashes. No lash, no lash extensions. If lashes are damaged or are not clean prior to service, we will not work to remove buildup from makeup etc. Please have makeup removed prior to service or the service will be canceled.

Appointments can be booked online, you will be notified if there is a scheduling conflict.

Services are paid online before services are rendered. If you have trouble paying online, please note: there is no appointment/ service without prior payment. Please ask reception for assistance.

Beyond passion program trainees are allowed to receive cash tips.

Please do not exchange personal information with staff and program attendees.

No refunds, no exceptions

Credit may be given under certain circumstances (determined by management) and cannot be transferred from services to retail.
About hair extensions!

Hair extensions are an expensive luxury service.

Hair extensions are semi-permanent and are not meant to

"live in" your hair forever!

Extensions are placed in the area pictured to the left.

Extensions DO NOT cover the top of your head. If your hair is thin on top, this is not a good option for you as extensions could harm your hair more than help it and a wig may be a more appropriate alternative.

YOU MUST SUPPLY YOUR OWN HUMAN HAIR!

I no longer carry hair on hand.

The longer you want the hair, the longer you must buy it to give yourself a full and thick look! If you want hair down to the back of your ankles, you must buy hair long enough to drag on the ground because I have to cut the frayed ends to make the hair look fuller.

Hair Extensions are delicate!

You cannot rake and comb through your hair roughly with extensions or you will cause them to slide and can break your hair at the root if you are rough with it while it is wet!

Only use sulfate free products on your extensions or they may shed.

Blow dry your extensions on low to medium heat setting or you can cause heat damage and whatever is damaged will have to be replaced!

Extensions can be colored, permed, wanded, curled, bleached however, this must be done within reason. Extensions can be overprocessed, heat damaged, shed excessively.

It is best to utilize silk pillowcases to encourage the moisture of your hair and the extensions.
